We want your Qwecridj™ purchase to work comfortably in your everyday wardrobe. Eligible products may be requested for return within 30 days after the date of delivery.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, an item must generally be:
- Unworn and unused, other than reasonable fitting
- Unwashed
- Free from damage, stains, odors, or alterations
- Returned with original tags and packaging when applicable
- Accompanied by valid proof of purchase
Items marked as final sale or otherwise identified as non-returnable at the time of purchase may not qualify for return, except where required by law.
Starting a Return
Before sending an item back, email service@qwecridj.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. Our team will provide the applicable return instructions.
Do not send returns to our business address unless our customer service team specifically instructs you to do so.
Refunds
Returned merchandise will be inspected after receipt. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times after approval may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from an error on our part or applicable law requires otherwise.
For an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, contact us promptly after delivery and include photographs where appropriate.
